* He puts a lot of emphasis on cardio exercises. According to him, cardio exercises are good for the heart and these help in building up muscles.
* He tells others to focus on cycling and on workouts on the treadmill to get a great shape for the thighs and the arms.
* He insists people to do abdominal crunches to tighten stomach muscles.
* He recommends swimming or jogging twice a week to meet the body's flexibility requirements.
* He warns others about over-exercising.

* He never asks anyone to follow a particular diet routine.
* He tells others to cut down their intake of oily and fried foods and to include a lot of fruits and vegetables in the diet.
